Sandra's Story

While I have over 10 years’ experience of writing software I am very much about people. Whether that’s supporting our development teams and associates to deliver the highest standards of work, or helping our clients achieve excellent returns on their investment in terms of productivity and customer satisfaction.

I’m a serial networker - always seeking new knowledge and connections that could help our clients improve their business performance. I run two network groups to help local businesses make connections and thrive.

Much of my role is client facing; looking at clients’ individual requirements and then tailoring a solution that delivers genuine value to their business. My coding experience means I understand the benefits that technology can deliver so I can offer practical advice in plain straightforward English.

As well as ensuring that our business runs efficiently my role includes:

My technical experience includes:

• C++

My career and work spans several industries including education, retail, recruitment, engineering, professional business support and the legal marketplace. I qualified in IT in 1995 and also hold a Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

Systems I have worked on include: Case management systems - Debt Collection, Conveyancing, Matrimonial, Crime, Trust and Probate, Form production, Document Production, Case building.

Outside of work I support local charities and enjoy travelling and being by the sea when not gardening. I also enjoy Pilates and other sports such as kayaking and I am the Welfare Officer and Joint Chairperson for our local swimming club.
